This website is owned by CNC Laser Deals, with registered office at Kavafi 36 Peristeri 12136, VAT: 802639296. Through the site, products and information on CNC, Laser and related technologies and components are provided.

 

2. Use of the Website

Use of the website is permitted only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The use for sending, posting or transmitting content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory or infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All the content of the website (texts, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, etc.) is the intellectual property of cnclaserdeals.gr or its legal owners and is protected by Greek and European legislation.

 

4. Prices & Availability

All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices or availability without notice. In the event of incorrect prices or stock, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

 

5. Orders

The sending of the order does not constitute its automatic acceptance. Confirmation is made by email or by telephone. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

6. Payments

We accept payments by bank deposit, cash on delivery and other methods that are displayed at checkout. Transactions are carried out in a secure environment.

 

7. Send

Shipments are made within Greece through partner courier companies. Shipping time depends on availability and place of delivery.

 

8. Returns Policy

The customer is entitled to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that it has not been used and is in its original condition. The return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or different from the order. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or our products. The information is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.

 

10. Amendments to the Terms
