Blade Table & Honeycomb Table

Each laser cutter comes with two interchangeable work tables: a blade table for cuts with minimal reflection on the back of the material and a honeycomb table for detailed engraving or cutting of flexible/lightweight materials where uniform support is required. Quick changeover lets you adapt immediately to the type of job, reducing setup time and minimizing waste.

Ruida 6445S Controller

The industrial Ruida 6445S controller offers stability, internal storage memory and user-friendly operation via a color display. It supports advanced layer-based power/speed settings, remote monitoring (Ethernet/USB/Wi-Fi optional) and real-time parameter changes without pausing the job, ensuring full repeatability and immediate intervention when needed.

CW Cooling System (Industrial Chiller)

Every machine features a closed-loop CW-series water cooling circuit with automatic temperature/level sensors. The stable temperature extends the life of the CO₂ glass tubes, prevents thermal distortion and allows continuous operation in a production environment without unplanned stops.

Auto Focus & Interchangeable Laser Tubes

The auto-focus adjusts the lens height electromechanically so you achieve the optimal focal point regardless of material thickness. We offer four types of laser tube (various wattages) that can be swapped according to the requirement:

• Low power → ultra-fine engraving and small cuts.

• Medium power → general-purpose acrylic/wood cutting.

• High power → penetration of thicker sheets (MDF, plywood).

• Special “sharp-beam” → smaller spot diameter for extremely fine detail.
  This lets you adapt flexibly to each customer's needs while maintaining the best possible balance of power and accuracy.

Air Management Kit (Exclusive)

Our exclusive air control kit lets you set the exact output pressure (air-assist) according to the material and the process; it is controlled both by a physical regulator and directly from the software. The correct pressure:

1. Removes burnt particles for clean cut edges.

2. Minimizes soot deposits on the surface (ideal for engraving).

3. Protects the lens from particle build-up, reducing maintenance.
