Blade Table & Honeycomb Table

Each laser cutter comes with two interchangeable work tables: blade table for cuts with minimal reflection on the back side of the material and honeycomb table for detailed engraving or cuts on flexible/lightweight materials where uniform support is required. The quick changeover feature allows you to adapt instantly to the type of project, reducing set-up time and minimising waste.

Ruida 6445S controller

The Ruida 6445S industrial controller offers stability, internal storage memory, and friendly operation via a colour display. It supports advanced layer-based power/speed regulation, remote monitoring (Ethernet/USB/Wi-Fi optional) and real-time parameter change without stopping work, ensuring complete repeatability and immediate intervention when needed.

CW Cooling System (Industrial Chiller)

Each machine has a CW-series closed loop water cooling system with automatic temperature/level sensors. The constant temperature extends the life of CO₂ glass tubes, prevents thermal deformation and allows continuous operation in a productive environment without unscheduled stops.

Auto Focus & Interchangeable Laser Tubes

Auto-focus electromechanically adjusts the height of the lens to achieve an excellent focus point regardless of material thickness. We offer four types of laser tube (various watts) that can be interchanged according to the requirement:

• Low power → super-clear engraving and small cuts.

• Medium power → general purpose acrylic/wood cutting.

• High power → penetration of thicker sheets (MDF, plywood).

• Special "sharp-beam" → smaller spot diameter for extremely fine detail.
  So you can flexibly adapt to the needs of each customer, while maintaining the best possible power-accuracy point.

Air Management Kit (Exclusive)

Our exclusive air adjustment kit allows you to determine the exact outlet pressure (air-assist) according to material and process; controlled both by a physical regulator and directly through software. The right pressure:

1. Removes combustible particles for clean cutting edges.

2. Minimizes smoke deposits on the surface (ideal for engraving).

3. Protects the lens from particle deposits, reducing maintenance.

With the combination of these features, your machines deliver excellent cuts and engravings - with consistent quality, low downtime and adaptability to any demanding project.
