DTF Printer – Direct-to-Film Technology
The DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer lets you print full-color, high-resolution designs on special films, which are then transferred to fabric or other materials using heat transfer. This process ensures prints with bold colors, high wash resistance and unlimited design possibilities.
2 Epson XP600/XP1080 Print Heads
Dual high-precision print heads – either XP600 or XP1080 – ensure fast and even ink deposition. This contributes to high-resolution prints with excellent gradation and detail.
Vacuum table
The vacuum print surface holds the film firmly in exactly the right position, eliminating distortion and ensuring precise printing, even at high speeds.
White ink circulation system
Continuous circulation of the white ink prevents settling and clogged heads, maintaining a steady white ink supply and excellent performance even on prints with strong opaque colors. That means fewer interruptions and flawless quality from the first to the last minute of operation.
