Auto feeder
A feeding unit that operates in sync with the laser cutter. Once you load the rolls onto the feeder, it conveys the roll material onto the cutting table. Feed speeds can be adjusted to match the machine's main speed. The feeder has a sensor to ensure accurate material positioning. It can be fitted with different shaft diameters for different rolls, and different pneumatic rollers are used for fabrics with different tension, thickness, etc. This unit lets you run a fully automated cutting process.
Independent dual heads can cut different designs simultaneously, maximizing cutting throughput and production flexibility.
Vacuum Table
The vacuum table sits under the cutting bed and pulls the material down onto the surface. It leaves the entire surface fully accessible; nothing obstructs the laser beam while it cuts. With powerful fume extractors and air compressors, you get excellent cuts with no trace of smoke or scorching on your material.
Vision system (top-grade Canon camera)
The vision system is an important option when you want to cut along contours. You will need this device to read the contour or specific positioning and cutting data. Contour scanning and mark scanning suit a range of applications. We offer different vision options for different applications.
